Igor, member of the Riga H/g club, in the early childhood interest to flights observing for birds, planes flying over him, and imagine itself on their place. 20 years back has seen in flight motor-deltaplane and has wanted to get acquainted with him closer. Such opportunity was soon presented. The first instructor, Shevchuk Victor, has learned to building this flying devices and has given the theory of flights. Has shown a way to enter into the group of motor-hang-glider enthusiasts. In 90's has made test of the first, personally designed, single motor-hang-glider, having risen on height of 2 m. and having flown by 25 m. on horizon. Then has decided to study on another's mistakes to not waste time in empty :Ð. In total has constructed three deltaplanes personally.
* In Latvia all about 100 enthusiasts. The third part from them really flies.
* Cost of the simple, second/hand, flying device about 3000 $ new - about 5000-15000 $ and higher. Time of independent building of a motor-hang-glider of 5 months.
* The degree of extremeness depends on preparation of the pilot, weather conditions, quality of the device etc..
